About the role

We currently have a full-time opportunity within our Payments and Sundry team, based at our Balcatta office. This team plays a vital role in managing the collection of over $5–10 million in daily revenue and supports a broad range of functions including reconciliation, refund requests, payment investigations, and sundry billing activities.

In this role, you'll engage with a diverse range of customers and have the chance to expand your skills across multiple workstreams. Your contributions will help shape more efficient processes and deliver better outcomes for both our customers and the business.

To succeed, you'll need a strong eye for detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and transaction verification. You'll be responsible for investigating payment anomalies, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all payments are processed within strict timeframes. Your ability to analyse transaction data and identify discrepancies will be key, along with your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • Investigations into customer payments involve thoroughly reviewing and analysing transactions to identify discrepancies.
  • Resolve issues and ensure that all payments are processed accurately.
  • Verifying payment details, following up on any anomalies, and communicating with relevant departments to address any concerns.
  • Experience working in office/admin environment.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A proactive problem solver who consistently takes full ownership of their tasks.
  • Great attention to detail, are accurate and skilled in data entry.
  • You use your initiative to seek a win-win outcome for our customers and our business
