About the role
Join our team as a Customer Hub Support Officer, a permanent role for someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service at our Balcatta office.
This role is central to the success of the Customer Hub team. You’ll coordinate and oversee a wide range of administrative activities, providing high-level support that keeps the team running smoothly. Working with autonomy and confidence, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer outcomes are delivered efficiently, professionally and on time.

What you can expect with this role
- Proactively coordinate and deliver administrative support across the Customer Hub team, including managing correspondence, enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, Business Units and committees to coordinate information and responses
- Monitor and manage document control and performance processes
- Provide day-to-day support to the Customer Hub Lead Team
- Ensure all responses meet corporate standards and comply with licence, legislative and organisational requirements
Your skills and experience
You’re an experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being comfortable working independently. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Substantial administrative and support experience in a similar role, ideally within a large, complex or state-wide organisation
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Strong data entry and system navigation skills
- Experience using corporate systems such as Grange, MyWorld, Genesys along with strong capability across the Microsoft Office suite
- A positive, team-oriented approach and a strong customer service mindset
