Provide a wide range of high level and confidential executive assistance and support to the Executive Assistant on behalf of the General Manager Customer and Community and Group Lead Team.

What you can expect with this role
- Support the Executive Assistant in delivering high level administrative, organisational and scheduling structure and support to the Executive and Lead Team.
- Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the GM, this may include; travel arrangements, invoicing, purchase orders and stationary.
- Own and manage all CCG Ministerial and Priority One correspondence. You will coordinate high risk, time critical matters end to end, including workflow management, approvals, registers, reporting and submissions. The role requires daily liaison with Ministerial Liaison and Communications teams and the ability to exercise sound judgement in a fast paced, executive environment.
- Assists with Board and Executive and associated Committee papers across the Group in an accurate and timely manner.
- Establish Executive correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with direction.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and Committees to organise meetings and ad-hoc projects from the Group while building and sustaining successful relationships on behalf of the General Manager.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Extensive administrative and executive support experience within a large, state-wide, multifunctional organisation, demonstrating a high level of discretion, initiative, and professionalism.
- Advanced knowledge of governance protocols, including the preparation, coordination, and distribution of Board, Executive, and Committee meeting papers, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
- Executive-level diary and schedule management, supporting the Executive Assistant in maintaining a structured and efficient calendar for the GM and Lead Team, including prioritisation of meetings, travel coordination, and event planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and committee members to coordinate meetings, workshops, and ad-hoc projects, while fostering positive relationships on behalf of the General Manager CCG.
