As a Technology & Innovation Change Advisor, you champion for continuous improvement, establish foundational lean elements and support sharing of best practices across the business ensuring benchmarking, bottleneck analysis, loss analysis, and trend analysis is conducted to focus improvement initiatives and enhance operation and maintenance performance.
You contribute to sustainability improvements for Statewide treatment operations. You participate in creation and implementation of inspiring workplace change management strategies.
A little about You.
You are good at working with stakeholders, engineers, operators and helping find ways to improve the way they work.
You have a full kit bag of change management skills and can design an effective change approach to suit each situation.
You enjoy working on projects and are confident mentoring and coaching on digital technologies to wastewater and water engineering and operations teams.
You are interested in new systems and tools that drive operations and maintenance performance improvements. You may have used data analytics tools such as SCADA, PI and Power BI previously, if not we'd be happy to show you the ropes.
Process engineering, process coordination qualifications or experience would be a benefit, and your approach to employees and ability to bring people together is key.
This is a full-time fixed term opportunity based in Osborne Park until 14th May 2027.

Working in a team of experienced process engineers and data analysts, your role is key to drive culture change and support data driven decision making through communication, knowledge sharing and changing ways of working.
You will contribute to strategic direction, develop ways of working and change management plans including:
- Develop innovation and improvement opportunities with engineering, field maintenance and operational staff.
- Coach and lead stakeholders in technology implementation.
