What you’ll be doing
- Partner with the Project Lead to deliver safety and wellbeing projects from digital uplift, safety system improvements and culture.
- Engage stakeholders through face-to-face conversations and collaborative workshops.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable successful delivery.
- Translate technical language into clear, relatable messages that resonate across the business.
- Champion a proactive, people-first approach to change, identify risks, gather feedback and facilitate collective decision making to drive meaningful change and embed sustainable behaviours.
- Demonstrate values and behaviours that support a constructive, high-performance culture.
What you Bring
- This role suits emerging project professionals with strong foundations and ready to step up into greater ownership, or an experienced advisor seeking to deliver more complex, enterprise outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects or initiatives with exposure to complex environments.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
- Ability to influence and navigate organisational complexity.
- Commercial and strategic mindset, coupled with hands on delivery capability.
- A relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CAPM.
