About the role 

Are you looking for an opportunity to provide varied administration and customer support for the Operations team based in Balcatta? A fixed term role that offers diversity, and ability to develop and be part of a high performance culture. 

You will perform, coordinate and oversee all Service Delivery administrative duties while providing high level support to the Operations Manager and Team Leads in an efficient and timely manner.

What the role will involve

  • Proactively coordinate and perform administration support across the Service Delivery team, event scheduling, status of deliverables and diary management.
  • Support Operations Manager & Team Leads to ensure business plan deliverables for Service Delivery are managed and met on time.
  • Develop the administrative function within Operations and ensure knowledge sharing of Region, Corporate and Group requirements is communicated accordingly.
  • Promotes and encourages a safety culture across the business unit and coordinates relevant Incident Management meetings, agendas, minutes etc. where required.

About you

  • Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Incident, Executive and other Committee Meetings and Forums
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Current WA “C’ class drivers’ licence
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement policies & procedures
  • Demonstrated advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft, SAP and Service Delivery related suite of computing applications (such as ODSS, WWQMS)
  • Sound knowledge of asset operation and customer services in utility environment.
