Become the go-to authority for electrical compliance within the Corporation, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational integrity. In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert guidance on the interpretation of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and other critical regulatory requirements, helping drive compliance and best practices across the organization.

What you can expect with this role
Join a vital team ensuring compliance and best practices in electrical work across the Corporation. In this role, you will:
- Identify knowledge gaps and procedural deficiencies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for electrical work.
- Manage and maintain electrical compliance documentation, aligning with Western Australian legislation, Acts, and Regulations.
- Oversee the Electrical Contractor License database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and deliver technical communications, including Electrical Bulletins, Safety Notifications, and legislative updates.
- Engage with external regulatory bodies, staying ahead of industry standards and compliance expectations.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Trade Team Leaders, effectively communicating legislative obligations and best practices.
Your skills and experience
We’re looking for a skilled professional who brings:
- A Western Australian Electrical Workers License to meet regulatory requirements.
- Electrical Contractors Management Representative Certification, ensuring expertise in compliance and operational leadership. Or willing to complete training to acquire Electrical Contractors Management Representative Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of state and industry Acts, Regulations, and Codes of Practice governing electrical work.
- The ability to deliver technical training, guiding both professional and trade personnel in best practices.
