About the Role
We’re seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis (4-day week). We’re also open to a job share arrangement for the right candidates. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, tackle complex issues, and deliver strategic insights that drive real business value.

What you can expect with this role
- Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives with clear milestones, smart task management, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Be the expert point of contact for Senior Advisors, providing deep insights and practical solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using proven methodologies.
- Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to align goals and ensure successful outcomes.
- Support teams in enhancing tools, processes, and capabilities for long-term success.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and present actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure all initiatives and enhancements are backed by solid requirements, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Keep the Management informed with regular updates on progress, risks, and results.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Degree level qualification in business, commerce, or related discipline.
- Strong experience in managing and implementing business improvements and analysing business information within complex operational settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
