About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Projects Coordinator to work with our internal & external stakeholders on compliance, asset planning and operational performance projects, ensuring that we are on time, to budget, and within defined scope. Based in our Shenton Park office, this role will report to our Team Leader Projects.

What the role will involve
- Carry out end to end project management hydrometric, hydraulic system and geotechnical monitoring projects
- Scope and specify the data collection and monitoring with the field system investigation teams and workshop teams
- Carry out project risk management
- Support the delivery of projects and assist in the coordination of scoping, design, delivery, handover and close out
- Monitor and escalate any project variations and changes to project baselines to Team Leader – Projects
- Engage with Program and Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of programs and associated projects performance
- Assist with the preparation of project reports as required
About you
You will have project management qualifications, or relevant discipline and considerable experience in and sound knowledge of project management services, or alternatively substantial experience in and sound knowledge of providing engineering project management services, demonstrated as experience in and knowledge of managing operational projects.
