About the role

We have 2 x fixed term (13 months & 7 months) opportunities available to join our Customer Systems Team. You will be at the forefront of enhancing both our brand and reputation by ensuring compliance with our regulatory requirements. You will be building strong and effective internal and external working relationships will be a key part of this role to create improved solutions

About you:

You will have sound experience in a technology related business analysis role. In addition, the successful candidate will be energetic, resilient and outcomes focused with a proven track record of success and have:

  • Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and phases, and other industry standards and protocols
  • ITIL Foundation v4, JIRA (as user) ISTQB software testing foundation experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, and be a team player with the ability to identify solutions, not problems, and a resilient attitude that embraces change
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specs, and contributing to solution design
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supporting large scale Business Applications and Customer facing systems

What the role will involve:

  • An opportunity to apply your expert technical and operational knowledge to system enhancements and maintenance, and operational incidents
  • Exposure to key business operational projects
  • Implementation of continual improvement initiatives in a dynamic and changing environment
