Are you keen to apply your data analytics and communications skills to drive water efficiency in non-residential customers?

You must be a highly organised team player, who effectively manages their time, prioritising resources to deliver water savings and a positive customer experience.

You will work within a highly dedicated and skilled team of water efficiency and community engagement professionals who deliver programs and projects across the State to save water.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with customers to reduce water use through leak detection using smart meters and outpost data loggers. Training is available for this technical aspect of the role.
  • Support the delivery of a water efficiency management program, working with businesses to help them become more water efficient
  • Manage and interpret water-use and customer data
  • Maintain diligent records of interactions with stakeholders and document activities using Corporate IT systems.

Your key skills and experience:

  • Strong data management skills
  • Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in communications, data management, community engagement, program coordination or related discipline
  • Demonstrated high level of customer orientation and service.
  • Well-developed time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage self, be proactive and responsive, without losing sight of the required outcomes.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
