We’re seeking a proactive Civil Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to live and work in a truly unique environment while supporting local communities, fostering connection, and driving positive attitude.
You will lead, develop, motivate and manage a team of Operators providing water and wastewater services to customers within the district.

What you can expect with this role
- Lead the team responsible for the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater schemes across the East Kimberley.
- Lead Safety behaviours in the workplace and ensure that all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority.
- Manage the team’s day to day resource management and workload management in relation to the resource requirements for the district.
- Manage employee performance and build employee capability through development mentoring and coaching.
About you
- Ideally you will have demonstrated water and wastewater industry experience
- Excellent team supervision and manpower planning skills.
- Strong safety culture that can lead by example.
- Possession of a certificate III in Water Industry Operations
- Completion (or willingness to attainment) Certificate IV in Frontline Management is essential for this position.
