About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Team Leader Systems Management to lead our Systems Management Team to manage the Assets Planning & Delivery Group information systems, reporting and analytics requirements delivering organisational requirements and expected outcomes and benefits. The role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to the Manager APD Systems & Analytics.
What the role will involve
- Drive and contribute to the optimisation of critical corporate processes through implementation of best practice systems and reporting frameworks
- Lead delivery of end-to-end processes from receipt of the business problem statement and managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
- Assess inefficiencies, existing process flow, and operational challenges, while working closely with relevant teams to propose and implement effective business practices, streamlined processes, and strategic solutions
- Provide information insights and predictive results to stakeholders using data modelling tools and techniques to support organisational decision-making
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs and use these to formulate analytics questions or technical business requirements
- Develop standards and procedures relating to data analysis to encourage consistency, supportability and improve the efficiency of conducting data and analytics
- Manage and coordinate group performance, providing analytics and insights to the group lead team for decision making

About you
Are you a data-driven problem solver with a sharp eye for business systems and applications? You’ll have a qualification in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, backed by extensive experience in ETL processes using SQL or similar tools.
You’ll have extensive experience as a multifaceted business analyst, integrating the disciplines of business systems analysis, data analysis, and process analysis. Proven ability to assess and optimise end-to-end business processes and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. Skilled at working across stakeholder groups to align systems functionality and processes with evolving business needs, ensuring both operational efficiency and long-term value.
