About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Projects Officer to carry out management of compliance, operational and meta data inclusive of validation, reporting and archiving. You’ll support project managers in project administrative activities for delivery of projects for our stakeholders ensuring completion is on time, to budget to agreed scope. This role will be based in our Shenton Park office, reporting to the Team Leader Projects. What the role will involve
- Register sites, review site plans and maps for the field, to ensure the work outcomes are achieved on time and within the agreed scope
- Undertake quality audits on data provision in corporate systems
- Capture, validate, process, update, maintain and archive compliance, operational and meta data into corporate systems
- Maintain and file data management records
- Develop and manage new and bespoke systems for data integrity
- Undertake support and training for project managers to support client requirements

About you
You’ll have experience in hydrographic data management practices, hydraulic data analysis, system analytics data entry and report writing. Your ability to collaborate and influence with stakeholders at all levels will ensure success in this role.
