About the role

We have a permanent leadership opportunity joining our Asset Management Services team. You’ll be responsible to manage the requirements and asset handover functions for our asset investment program, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulatory standards. This role will be based in our Leederville office, reporting to the Manager - Asset Management Services.

What the role will involve

• Manage a team who facilitate and deliver critical business services for our asset investment program including key asset handover products and requirements management functions          
• Plan, manage and prioritise team schedules of work in line with business expectations and key performance indicators
• Work with internal customers to ensure delivery of high quality products and services that meet the business needs
• Inspire and lead a team by cultivating a high-performance culture that prioritises collaboration and customer satisfaction

About you

You’ll be qualified in an engineering discipline or similar, and experience with planning, design, acquisition or operational delivery of assets, and knowledge of our asset acquisition process. A background in planning, with water or wastewater infrastructure will be highly desirable. Your demonstrated leadership, and ability to build, drive and influence positive and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders will ensure your success in this role.
