2394 Business Unit Coordinator

About the role
Perform, coordinate and oversee all Business Unit administrative duties while providing high level support to the Business Unit Manager and Lead Team in an efficient and timely manner without the need for constant or direct supervision.

What you can expect with this role
- Proactively coordinate and perform administration support across the Business Unit including but not limited to the organisation of correspondence, ministerial related activities, lead team scheduling and diary management.
- Support Management in the recruitment and selection of all administration functional roles within the Business Unit.
- Guide and influence administration activities within the Business Unit, involving delegation of work to other administration roles and providing input into performance agreements
- Lead and develop the administration function in the Business Unit and ensure knowledge sharing of Corporate and Group requirements is communicated accordingly.
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required.
- Assist in the coordination and establishment of a new business unit.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
- Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers.
