What you can expect with this role

  • Help optimise service processes in line with the Water Corporation Accountabilities Framework
  • Be part of developing, implementing, and refining customer-focused initiatives
  • Support team building, communication, and continuous improvement
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expert insights
  • Perform meter tests to assist billing processes
  • Take on varied tasks including meter replacements, special readings, investigations, and other projects

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • Proven experience in a large organisation, delivering customer services
  • Strong background in field operations, supporting a customer-driven business environment
  • In-depth knowledge of metering services and customer accounting practices
  • A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • A drivers licence is essential for this role
