This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive person to coordinate and oversee administrative duties for the Senior Advisors in our Network Activity Team.

You will be an experienced Administration Professional who can work in a high pressure environment while remaining professional and supplying a high level of customer service.

What you can expect with this role

  • Deliver high level administrative support and customer service via email and phone to internal and external customers and stakeholders as the Corporation contact for Network Approvals
  • Ensure documentation for all systems is correctly named, stored and managed to support team processes
  • Contribute to constructive relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Corporation’s Asset Protection Guidelines

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • A Business qualification and/or considerable administration and support experience in a similar industry sector – which could include utilities, councils, construction, etc
  • Very well developed customer communication and consultation skills including demonstrated experience dealing with customers and stakeholders to facilitate their understanding of the Corporation’s processes
  • Advanced computing skills including proficiency with the MS suite of applications, and demonstrated ability to learn new systems
