What will you be doing?

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be an advocate who is not afraid to speak up. You will influence others and champion changes in the store. You will step up and assist others in the store with escalations. If there is a difficult customer, you aren’t afraid to step in and help, providing awesome customer service.

You will be a superhero of customer service, swooping in to assist with tackling the tough situations and leaving customers smiling. You will become a store advocate, leading the charge in continuous improvement and shaping the future of our store.

With a year’s journey in sales or customer service within this vibrant industry, you bring more than just expertise; you bring a passion that ignites a culture of excellence. Your voice is not just heard, it’s valued as you contribute to shaping the operations.
