Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate with strong proficiency in English

• Knowledge of the insurance industry with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

• Proficient in Windows based applications (Excel & Word) and accurate keyboard skills are required

• Good analytical skills to assess any potential issues with billing and enrollments

• Proven ability for accuracy and attention to detail

• Organized and with ability to review processes, recommend changes and coordinate appropriate actions within the team and with other departments

• Demonstrates effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of company's personnel as well as in dealing with sponsors and partners


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely upload of SPL enrollments and other SPL processes are completed prior bill run

• Ensure booking of premiums for the monthly production

• Address and escalate any enrollment/upload issues encountered

• Coordinate with Claims on validations and other enrolment related matters

• Process non renewal of SPL policies as requested; coordinate release and monitor receipt of POD

• Prepare monthly SPL production updates, data summary/reports as required

• Monitor bounceback emails and process as necessary

• Monitor tasks and coordinate process improvement projects ensuring targets on quality, TAT and timetables are met

• Perform other general clerical/support duties as required and directed by the Operations & Systems Manager
