POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: Sasa, Davao City

JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and internal control of the company
- Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting systems, principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and a world class internal control environment
- Address tight deadlines and multitude of accounting and associated activities including, but not limited to, general ledger preparation, financial reporting (statutory and internal), tax preparation and filing, year-end audit preparation and the support budget and forecast activities
- The Finance Manager will have contact with Senior-level management which requires presentation skills
- As People Manager, the Controller has responsibility for his team's well being, training, development and bench depth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have finance management experience
- Must have actual experience in doing financial statements
- Must have actual experience in maintaining a budget
- Must be willing to work in Davao City
