POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: Sasa, Davao City

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and internal control of the company
Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting systems, principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and a world class internal control environment
Address tight deadlines and multitude of accounting and associated activities including, but not limited to, general ledger preparation, financial reporting (statutory and internal), tax preparation and filing, year-end audit preparation and the support budget and forecast activities
The Finance Manager will have contact with Senior-level management which requires presentation skills
As People Manager, the Controller has responsibility for his team's well being, training, development and bench depth
