Data Entry Specialist

What will you do?

• Drive data quality through verification and gathering of information’s from different resources
• Scan through information’s to identify accuracy
• Create non existing Accounts & Contacts through salesforce CRM
• Update existing Accounts & Contacts if necessary
• Manage Installed Base, by attaching to correct account
• Secondary responsibility is to migrate interaction to Salesforce

Who would be successful?

• Graduate of Senior High, Associate degree and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Any Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience in data entry is required
• Experience in salesforce is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• English language (written, speaking, and reading) proficiency
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Have an eye for detail and good at noticing small important details is a must.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
• Proficient touch-typing skills
