Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers through targeted digital marketing campaigns. This role leverages knowledge of digital channels, data analysis, and communication skills to connect with prospects, nurture relationships, and drive sales opportunities.


Essential Functions

Lead Identification and Qualification:

o Utilize digital marketing leads, including inbound inquiries, website visits, and social media interactions, to identify potential customers.

o Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to prioritize high-value prospects.

o Develop touch patterns, including email, phone, and InMail outreach, aligning messaging to use cases within the target market;


Outreach and Communication:

o Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media messages.

o Tailor communication strategies to align with each prospect's needs, industry, and challenges.


Product/Service Knowledge:

o Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services and their alignment with customer needs.

o Clearly articulate the value proposition to prospects, addressing their pain points and presenting solutions.


Digital Marketing Integration:

o Collaborate with the digital marketing team to stay informed about ongoing campaigns and leverage marketing collateral in sales outreach.

o Provide feedback on the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies based on customer interactions.


Relationship Building:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through consistent and meaningful communication.

o Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer goals and position the company as a valuable partner.


Sales Pipeline Management:

o Effectively manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

o Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team for closing.
