Data Analyst

Job Qualifications:

∙Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

∙At least 2 years relevant experience in advanced data processing roles

∙Good communication skills in both oral and written English

∙Proficient in Microsoft Office

∙Ability to work in a task‐oriented environment

∙Self‐organized, detail‐oriented and a critical thinker

∙Strong time management and organizational skills

∙Team player, works proactively within the team

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

∙Collect and interpret data on all kinds of medium

∙Ensures data accuracy and format for back end and development use

∙Collaborate effectively with everyone for task‐specific delivery improvements

∙Deliver accurate Stand‐up minutes of the meeting (MOM)

∙Respond to all applicable chat channels for client updates, requests, and setups

∙Report all workflow changes and impacts on productivity

∙Proactively take urgent tasks and follow special workflows by request

∙Maintenance and analyses of databases extracted

∙Provides data support to Country President and Business Line

∙Works with Business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and procedures

∙Interacts with Business Stakeholder and SMEs in order to understand their requirement and map as‐is process.

∙Gather, document and analyze business needs and requirements

∙Understand and define business problems, get all background information and collect relevant data points
