JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Strategic Sourcing 

  • Sourcing passive and active applicants via different traditional and non-traditional recruitment strategies.
  • Make sure that all applicants coming in are encoded and tracked in the database.

Recruitment Candidate Management 

  • Conducts interviews with applicants, doing behavioral interviewing techniques and other methodologies applicable to the position being filled.
  • Administer psychological tests.
  • Endorse applicants to the hiring manager (department heads and/or President and CEO) for the second level interview process.
  • Prepares and conducts job offers, salary negotiation and other means to sell the company and the role/position.
  • Endorses applicant/potential hire for background check via vendor provider.

Post-Recruitment

  • Facilitating New Employee Orientation 
  • Collection of pre-employment requirements, make sure that everything will be submitted (especially non-negotiable ones like NBI and Medical).
  • Religiously maintaining and updating the recruitment trackers via manual files.
