Key Role:

  • Ensures compliance with government-mandated benefits, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Processes applications for SSS, HDMF loans and company loans.
  • Handle queries and administration tasks related to employee benefits
  • Processes company payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Review payroll to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • With at least 6 months - 1 year experience in Payroll / C&B
  • Communication skills, spoken and written (excellent)
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Amenable to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig
