Key Role:
- Ensures compliance with government-mandated benefits, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Processes applications for SSS, HDMF loans and company loans.
- Handle queries and administration tasks related to employee benefits
- Processes company payroll every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Review payroll to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course
- With at least 6 months - 1 year experience in Payroll / C&B
- Communication skills, spoken and written (excellent)
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Amenable to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig
