HR People Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the People Communications and Engagement team to provide administrative support processing team expenses, including processing purchase orders, vendor set up, and any billing questions
• Coordinate N-able Store and N-tegration program swag shipments with our vendor to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time
• Oversee placing orders with vendors for new swag each quarter with high attention to detail to ensure accurate quantity, selections and shipment 
• Update budget with invoices 
• Organize the company engagement calendar on the internal intranet
• Assist with local employee culture building and engagement events on-site (as needed)
• Coordinate helping gather employee stories for various communications to drive engagement
• Provide additional administrative support for the People Communications and Engagement team as needed – examples include assembling organizational welcome emails, assistance maintaining internal intranet pages etc.
• Conduct research on potential vendors and complete any processes needed to onboard new vendors once selected 
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Willing to accept 6-month contract position
• Minimum 1 year of related professional experience.
• Experience supporting a People function in a capacity like administration, operations, employee engagement is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Any experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus
