We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This position will be pivotal in offering a new sourcing service to our internal clients with a focus on identifying, pipelining, and engaging the right talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs. In this role, you will partner with Recruiters across the globe to support assigned vacancies. 

This is a temporary role. 

This could be your opportunity to move from an agency environment to a corporate, inhouse team.

What you will do:

As Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will:

  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to proactively source, develop, and nurture talent pipelines in assigned markets.
  • Engage potential candidates across different countries and cultures to build interest in available positions through exploratory conversations using diverse techniques and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and personalised engagement strategies with the end goal of converting talent into candidates.
  • Monitor pipeline health together with the Talent Attraction & Sourcing Experts and adapt efforts accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in relevant pipeline projects and support the transfer of information into the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the Talent Attraction and Sourcing Experts to track and report on key sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes to provide insights that drive effective sourcing strategies.
  • Make recommendations on improvements to sourcing strategies to support the pilot of the service and contribute to its success within the organisation. 


Who you are:

We believe you have:

  • At least two years of relevant talent sourcing experience.
  • Sourcing experience across a variety of profiles, with a preference to those with experience in engineering roles such as Process, Automation, Industrial Engineering.
  • A proven track record in sourcing candidates across multiple countries, with preference given to those with experience in APAC, European, and US markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge in Boolean searching is preferred.
  • Proficient in using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Thrives on delivering results, working independently, and testing creative solutions.
