About the role

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and passionate professional to become a key player in our Training Team. This position is being offered on a casual basis and promises to be both rewarding and impactful. You will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch workplace health and safety training services to our valued Victorian Chamber members and clients. You’ll collaborate with the training team and contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. In addition to training delivery, this position may include a yearly review of products and services including a full range of Health Safety and Wellbeing development courses. About you

  • Minimum diploma level qualification plus a minimum of five years’ work experience in WHS or a related area.
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide professional and engaging training services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) is mandatory (candidates without this are encouraged to apply but will be required to complete this in order to deliver some of our WorkSafe and accredited courses).
  • Industry experience in a range of industry sectors, including but not limited to Construction, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics and Allied Health.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex and specialised issues and communicate them in a user-friendly manner.
  • Broad knowledge of WHS and Workers’ Compensation legislation.
  • Maintain professional currency.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
