About the role
This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on driving member acquisition and revenue growth across the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Committee for Melbourne, specialising in paid digital advertising. You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and traffic management of paid digital advertising, building and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and managing daily budget pacing while maintaining ROAS KPIs. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help shape how campaigns come to life and perform - ensuring a strong connection between audience, creative, and conversion. In addition, the Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will conduct market research, contribute to SEO efforts, use analytics tools to track performance, and establish solid working relationships with internal stakeholders and external platform partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of deliverables.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns using platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Manager, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns simultaneously with strong command of conversion funnel analysis - including CPC, CPL, CPA.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with campaign measurement tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze) to support lead tracking, audience segmentation and customer journeys
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and the ability thrive in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and apply knowledge.
