About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Training Team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for the efficient completion of a range of administrative duties to support the smooth delivery of our scheduled, virtual and on-site training services within the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
About you
You will have previous experience in an administration role with excellent organisational and time management skills and proven experience in multi-tasking and handling several queries at once. Excellent customer service skills, to provide assistance to members as well as to our internal team, are also a must. In addition, you will have:
- Previous experience in an RTO within a similar role
- Experience using JR Plus (SMS) and Moodle (LMS).
- Good understanding of VET Quality Framework and Skills First program contractual requirements.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple queries at once.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
