About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainer and Assessor (Independent Contractor) to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you will deliver the BSB60220 Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or its successor qualification), supporting and inspiring students through their learning journey.
This is a contractor position, and applicants must hold or be eligible to apply for an ABN.
You will play an essential role in shaping students' learning experiences and ensuring they achieve their full potential. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in training delivery, course updates, quality assurance support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to students via phone, email, teams sessions and where required Teams classroom sessions.
- Grade student work, provide feedback, and complete documentation in line with Monarch policies.
- Contribute to course improvements and participate in validation and moderation processes.
- Support quality assurance activities and compliance with audits and internal procedures.
- Maintain high professional standards in line with RTO regulations and funding requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend meetings to support course development and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
- AQF 5+ qualification in Conveyancing or Law
- Current industry experience in the conveyancing field
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, learning management systems (LMS), and other educational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Highly motivated, resourceful and able to work autonomously and as an integral member of a professional team.
