Trainer Assessor - Finance and Mortgage Broking, Financial Planning/Paraplanning

We’re seeking a motivated and qualified industry expert to deliver and assess the following courses:

• FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
• FNS40821 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• FNS60920 Advanced Dip of Paraplanning

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality training and support to students in a flexible, self-paced environment (via phone, email, Teams, and online sessions)
• Assess student work and deliver constructive feedback in line with compliance requirements
• Contribute to course updates, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Maintain professional development and uphold compliance with RTO and VET regulatory standards

About You:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or successor)
• Current industry experience in finance and mortgage broking
• Strong communication and online facilitation skills
• High attention to detail and computer literacy (Salesforce, LMS, MS Office)
