About the role and requirements
We are looking for a teacher who can teach Year 13-equivalent Accounting and, with support, potentially other business-related subjects, providing a caring, safe, and stimulating environment, with high academic expectations, excellent classroom management skills, and with an understanding of supporting English language learners.
You will teach students at a Foundation level (equivalent to Year 13) a university-approved curriculum amongst a team of talented and dedicated teachers.
You’ll also have an interest teaching in a variety of contexts, and be capable of teaching with video technology as some portions of some courses are taught in a hybrid mode with students online-offshore.
Remuneration will be based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. The position is part-time (0.5FTE), on a 6-month fixed-term, with the possibility of becoming permanent and full-time as our student numbers continue to grow rapidly.
