We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Technical Officer to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery. In this role, you will be integral to the successful operation of the Clinical Skills Laboratory and Simulation Learning Environment (SLE). You will provide high-level technical support and monitoring and tracking laboratory resources to enable the seamless delivery of practical learning sessions for our students. Additionally, you will offer essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.
In this role you will:
- Supporting the setup, and maintenance of the Simulation Learning Environment.
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment and consumables, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Collaborating with staff to meet laboratory requirements and maintain effective resource management.
- Ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety policies.
- Provide administrative support and prepare accurate documentation to support simulated learning courses.
This is a permanent full-time, continuing role, at a HEW 4 and located at Callaghan Campus with an expectation to work at Central Coast Clinical School as required. (Awabakal and Worimi land).
