About the role
Are you passionate about empowering students through access to information and learning support? Join the University Library team as a Learning Support Librarian and help shape the student experience by delivering inclusive, engaging, and impactful library services.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of librarians and student learning staff to develop and deliver digital and information literacy programs, curate resources, and provide frontline support across our service zones. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to equity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Provide advisory services in person and online, supporting our tiered service model
- Deliver student-focused learning programs and digital literacy content
- Curate and promote information resources to meet diverse student needs
- Contribute to inclusive practices and culturally respectful service delivery
- Participate in planning, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster positive relationships across the University and with external partners
How will you inspire us?
You will bring:
- A relevant qualification (degree or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience delivering information and digital literacy programs
- Strong knowledge of academic library environments and student learning needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with information resources and copyright obligations

The remuneration for this position is from $80,972 FTE +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
