As Service Delivery Analyst, you will support the Associate Director, Delivery, and broader team to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.

You will lead a team of Capability Support Officers, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver quality support across multiple capability areas.

In this role you will:

  • Monitor financial performance across the Delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and reporting are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and source accurate information to support reporting.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

 

How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
  • Experience working with TechOne and Project Management tools such as ServiceNOW PPM, Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
