As Administrator, International Admissions and Compliance you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of international admissions processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high standard of service for students and partners.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping to guide applicants from offer through to enrolment while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Manage end-to-end admissions administration, including issuing offers, offer acceptances, and Confirmation of Enrolments using relevant systems.
  • Monitor compliance-related activities, including deferrals and progression processes, in line with legislative and policy requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international students, education agents, and partners, delivering responsive, culturally aware support throughout the admissions lifecycle.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

 

How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Experience in administration or customer service in strict legislative environments, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in, international education compliance frameworks, alongside confidence using CRM systems and data-driven processes.
