As Senior Delivery Manager, you will oversee the strategic delivery and lifecycle management of complex digital infrastructure platforms and services.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our systems remain modern, resilient, and aligned with long-term organisational priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure programs, including the refresh of wireless access points, network switches, routers, and related assets.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for infrastructure renewal, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and technology lifecycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive program success, balancing competing priorities and resource constraints.

This 2-year fixed term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

  1. Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent senior experience
  2. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage change in dynamic environments.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale vendor contracts and budgets
  4. Previous experience sourcing and managing the deployment of large-scale CISCO network infrastructure projects within large enterprise
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of workplace obligations to, and experience in leading and cultivating workplace practices and behaviours that promote, support and maintain a safe, healthy, equitable, diverse and respectful workplace; including responding appropriately to adverse accidents, incidents, behaviours, issues, reports and the like.
