About the Central Coast Health & Wellbeing Living Lab

The Central Coast Health & Wellbeing Living Lab (CCLL) is a partnership between the University of Newcastle, the Central Coast Local Health District, and the NSW Government. We aim to address purpose-driven problems and facilitate innovative solutions for our aging population. With a focus on design-led action research and collaboration, we strive to enhance the quality of life for older residents, enabling them to live satisfying, engaged, and independent lives at home.

As the Manager, you will drive strategic support, operational leadership, and management of the Living Lab program. Your role will involve initiating and developing effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, overseeing activities within the Healthy Ageing at Home themes, and ensuring meaningful engagement with end-users to develop new products and services.

 

How You Will Inspire Us

Together with the Essential Criteria for this position, you will possess:

  • Experience in design-led action research in a health-related context
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of product/service development and commercialisation processes
