As Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating digital and technology strategy into the University’s infrastructure program. Working across Digital Technology Services (DTS) and Infrastructure and Facilities Services (IFS), you will ensure technology requirements are embedded from project inception through delivery—enabling efficient, future-ready, and connected campus environments. 

In this role you will: 

  • Lead and coordinate the DTS Infrastructure program ensuring technology requirements are integrated into planning, procurement, and delivery stages. 
  • Manage DTS involvement across major infrastructure builds and refurbishments projects, aligning resources, budgets and technical standards. 
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by improving visibility, communication, and delivery governance between DTS and IFS. 

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).  

How will you inspire us? 

You will have: 

  • Demonstrated high-level experience in project or delivery management, ideally within digital infrastructure, technology environments and/or major infrastructure builds. 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex programs. 
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including AV systems and enterprise networks.
