As Examination Support Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of student and academic administration services, with a strong focus on examinations.

This position contributes to a high-quality student experience by ensuring administrative processes across the student lifecycle are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with established policies and timelines.

In this role you will:

  • Support the end-to-end administration of examinations, ensuring processes are delivered professionally and in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Provide a range of administrative services to support examinations, including high-volume and accurate data entry, and assist in key areas across the student lifecycle as required.
  • Assist in preparing clear and timely communications to students and stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and service delivery.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

  • Proven administrative and customer service experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with a diverse range of students and staff.
  • Well‑developed computer literacy, including maintaining data integrity, following established procedures and adapting to new systems and technologies.

The remuneration for this position is Higher Education Worker Level 4 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
