The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team is looking for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Coordinator to support the Digital Infrastructure initiatives and services involving Audio Visual, Network and End User technologies that advance excellence in education, research, and community engagement at the University.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, working across diverse teams, and enabling successful business outcomes from planning through to delivery.
The role
We are recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Digital Infrastructure initiatives across the university. This role contributes to the successful delivery of classroom upgrades, meeting room technologies, and networking communications technology, working across delivery and operational teams.
You will play a key coordination role across project delivery, procurement, governance, and service transition activities, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to DTS standards, University frameworks, and operational readiness. The position is hands‑on, collaborative, and well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex delivery environments and supporting outcomes from planning through to handover and BAU support.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of digital infrastructure initiatives, including scheduling, readiness activities, and progress reporting
- Support project governance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of financials, actions, risks and issues
- Assist with procurement activities in line with University frameworks, including development of scopes of works, supporting RFQs, obtaining and evaluating quotes, and coordinating purchase orders
- Coordinate minor works activities such as audio visual, data, electrical, makegood works, and equipment relocations
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, contractors, and internal DTS teams to coordinate installation, commissioning, quality assurance, and handover in line with DTS standards
- Support incident and service request management, coordinating triage, escalation, and resolution with operational teams
- Maintain accurate project, procurement, asset, and service documentation, ensuring systems and registers are kept up to date
This full-time position fixed term for up to 2 years and located onsite at Callaghan Campus.
