In this role you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team through high-quality administrative and coordination activities.
- Maintain health, safety and wellbeing systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
- Assist with incident reporting processes, corrective action monitoring and workers compensation administration.
- Collect, analyse and prepare data, reports and insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, financial processes and team workflows.
- Develop and distribute communications that promote health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the University.
- Build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders while providing responsive and professional support

What we need from you
You will bring strong administrative capability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting people and processes. Experience working with databases, reporting systems or business administration activities will be highly regarded, along with the ability to communicate effectively and build productive working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
This fixed term role is fulltime at a HEW 5 Higher Education worker Level until March 2 027and is located at Callaghan (Worimi and Awabakal land)
