As College Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives that support student recruitment and strengthen the profiles of our three College’s.
Working closely with internal teams, you will help bring strategic plans to life through well-executed campaigns, engaging content, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
In this role you will:
- Support the development and delivery of College marketing strategies and translate plans into targeted, high-impact activities.
- Create and manage content for priority undergraduate and postgraduate programs to drive domestic student recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, insights, and results.
This continuing position is full time, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

- Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in marketing within the higher education sector or similar large, complex organisation; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing plans, activities and initiatives, including expertise in reviewing and developing reports on the outcome of marketing activities, and demonstrated ability to write content for diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics, market research, data analytics, monitoring suites and dashboards to inform decision making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary way of working.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
