- Shape how a modern digital ecosystem measures success through data-driven insights
- Help drive a shift toward evidence-based decision-making and increased digital maturity
- Work in an agile, forward-thinking environment with contemporary tools and practices
Be challenged and imagine with us.
As the Measurement and Insight Lead, you will engage with leaders across Digital Technology Solutions to understand their objectives and priorities. You will collaboratively design metrics and key performance indicators that provide visibility into how digital services and products are performing and how they enable strategic objectives.
This is more than reporting. You’ll design and embed a measurement framework that drives smarter decision-making, strengthens IT-as-a-business capability, and supports continuous improvement across a complex, evolving environment.
Working alongside subject matter experts, you’ll develop innovative approaches to capturing and analysing performance data, transforming it into clear, actionable insights. Using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, you’ll bring data to life—telling compelling stories that influence direction and outcomes at a strategic level.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement meaningful IT performance frameworks, including both quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Define success measures and build reporting solutions that provide real visibility and impact
- Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making, contributing to increased digital and organisational maturity
- Collaborate with leaders across diverse functions to align on shared and area-specific goals
- Translate complex data into clear insights that inform strategy and enhance performance
- Leverage your strengths across stakeholder engagement, business acumen, analytics and communication to influence outcomes
If you’re motivated by turning data into direction, and insights into impact, this is an opportunity to shape how a modern digital function measures and delivers value.
This continuing position is full time at a HEW 8 Higher Education Worker level and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
