The Role
As Head of Delivery Practices, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Director, Delivery, and the broader Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. You will provide strategic leadership to uplift delivery maturity, embed best practices, and enable transformation across the University.
In This Role You Will
- Define and evolve the vision for Delivery, Change Management, and Business Analysis practices.
- Establish governance structures to ensure consistency and quality across delivery initiatives.
- Develop and embed frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
- Lead training, certification, and mentoring programs.
- Build and nurture communities of practice to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Champion delivery excellence through KPIs and performance measures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on delivery, business analysis and change best practices.
- Drive improvement initiatives based on feedback and industry trends.
This continuing position is full time and will be located onsite at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and drive transformation.
