This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in supporting education delivery, contributing to process improvements, coordinating committees, and engaging with stakeholders across the School, College and University.

 

In this role you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support for teaching and learning activities across nursing and midwifery programs
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support key education processes, including accreditation, course and program revisions, enrolments, timetabling, documentation of final student results 
  • Support School committees through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes and tracking actions
  • Provide clear advice on policies, systems and processes to support effective education delivery
  • Respond to enquiries from students, staff and the public, ensuring timely, accurate and customer-focused service


This ongoing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land), with occasional travel to Central Coast – Gosford Hospital Campus (Darkinjung land).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using corporate systems

The remuneration for this position is Higher Education Worker Level 5 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
