As a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures the platform remains robust, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of our community. 

You’ll be immersed in software development and the Dynamics 365 CE platform working to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. Be part of a team that works across an enterprise-grade modern tech stack including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Okta, SailPoint, AWS/Azure Cloud, ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Mulesoft, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and more.  What you’ll do 

  • Build scalable, reusable Dynamics 365 CE solutions including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations 
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, refine scope and manage expectations 
  • Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and service designers to translate requirements into prototypes and final solutions 
  • Ensure code / build quality and follow development standards 
  • Follow CI/CD and automation practices to boost efficiency and productivity 
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and implement bug fixes 
  • Ensure platform health through regular maintenance, upgrades, and secure coding practices 
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to agile delivery practices 
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement 

What we're looking for 

  • Previous experience in full stack software development roles 
  • Dynamics 365 CE developer certifications 
  • Hands-on development Dynamics 365 CE using C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a strong track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions  
  • Skilled in customising / developing Dynamics 365 CE Power Pages, custom workflows in Power Automate and plugins  
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrations for Dynamics 365 CE within complex IT environments 
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving issues within the Dynamics 365 CE platform 
  • Ability to follow development standards and CI/CD practices  
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams 

This full-time position is an initial fixed term until October 2027 at a HEW 6 Higher Education Level located in the Digital Technology Solutions department at Callaghan Campus.

  • The remuneration for this position is from $93929-$ 103641 p.a. + superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience
